Hats, Purse and Scarfs.

Here are some fun things I did this holiday season. There is the monkey scarf which is made from fleece and fuzzy bits of fabric. The side view of an owl hat. A monster purse, whose mouth is the zipper and has a fuzzy tail. And a monster scarf that is also a puppet. The purple bit is its tail. I really enjoy making all of these and I certainly take requests. I worry that they are a bit warm for the Pacific Northwest but I know there are versions of these that are staying warm in the great snow storms in other parts of the country right now.

Lizard Maaadness!!

Here is a commission I did this fall for a custom Godzilla. He is made out of old sweaters. It was a good challenge. The next one is a Mecha Godzilla which is really going to take some precise planning. It's stewing around in my head but I'm going to have to find just the right materials. It's amazing on how recognizable Godzilla is. The eyes and the spines are very recognizable.

Radish Hats!

So far this has been the year of the radish hat. I was feeling a little stuffed creature fatigue so I picked up the crochet hook and started making these fun friends. There are many different color of radish so it is fun to go purple, orange, yellow. A local farm association is having a benefit and I hope to sell these beauties there. I'll keep you informed.
