Various degrees of Kitties, Kinda. I keep trying to make cats and well, you see the results. I'll keep trying but some are more catish and others are owlish. And others are just themselves.

Reg the White Rabbit

A little too cool to fall down the hole and always on time, Reg is dressed for the Autumn. From a long line of white rabbits, Reg knows what's up. As my second and larger than expected Art Doll. He is hand stitched from all recycled materials and stuffed with fabric scraps.

Help from my friends

Every year is a learning lesson and we all know what happens when we assume. It is easy to get down on yourself and be sad. So I look to my fuzzy creatures, give them a squeeze and move on to the next new adventure.

Bats in my Hair

Halloween is one of my most favorite holidays. This year the bats stayed and put up shop. Not in my hair. But in the trees and in the shop. Much more huggy than other bats and of a very sweet disposition.

Pinguinos

As the leaves start to turn and the cold winds blow, the great Northwest Pinguinos make their march to the Puget Sound. Gathering baskets of fish and clams from adoring fans, the NW Pingino actually lives on Tugboats and sells local clams at the farmer's market to buy fish.

Lulu's sisters have decided to go out for a nice sup of aphids and dew drops. Should we join them?

Flying Monkey Twins

The flying monkey twins were made especially for the Working Member and Staff Raffle at the Olympia Food Co op. Congratulations to the winners!

LuLu the Ladybug

This is Lulu the first ladybug. She lives with my grandma. Lulu and gram celebrate her 83rd year together on the porch with iced tea. I am very proud to have helped Lulu find such a nice home.

May Brain Freeze!

Hopefully this friend will help thaw out my captive brain meats. It's been a while since I last posted. It's been a flurry of small radish hats, nests and class set up. Please stay tuned for an announcement for classes in Olympia. Super fun and super exciting!

Poppinjay Silent Auction

These fine friends are on silent auction at the lovely store, Popinjay. It is located in downtown Olympia at 414 Capitol Way S. All of the proceeds go to Monarch Children's Justice & Advocacy Center. They will be on auction until May 1st.

Thanks for the Great Arts Walk

 The Sweaterbear and I would like to thank all of those who came out to Olympia's Spring Arts Walk this past weekend. It was lovely to see all of the smiling faces and hear words of encouragement. I had a wonderful time and hope you did too. It was a beautiful weekend and a good show.
